FixMyDocs is a web-based document refinement tool that uses artificial intelligence to improve the structure, language, clarity, and readability of uploaded documents. The Service processes documents in real-time and does not permanently store any user-uploaded content.

- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any documents submitted to the Service.
- You must not upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated refinements may not always be perfect and should be reviewed before use.

You retain all rights to your original documents. The refined output generated by the Service is provided to you for your own use. FixMyDocs does not claim ownership over any content you upload or any results produced by the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixMyDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

The Service may use third-party APIs (including Google Gemini AI) to process documents. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We may also display advertisements through Google AdSense or similar advertising networks.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
