FixMyDocs provides an AI-powered document refinement engine designed to assist in restructuring, cleaning, and formatting digital documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT). The Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform semantic analysis and layout reconstruction. The Service is currently provided on an "as-available" basis.

• Legal Right: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary legal rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process the documents submitted to the Service.
• Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to upload documents containing malware, illegal material, highly sensitive PII (unless redacted), or any content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Usage Limits: You agree not to bypass any rate-limiting mechanisms or use automated scripts (bots) to scrape or exploit the Service.
• Verification of Output: You acknowledge that AI-generated refinements are a collaborative effort and must be reviewed by a human for accuracy, professional suitability, and legal compliance before being used in a formal capacity.

Users maintain full ownership and copyright of their original documents and the resulting refined output. FixMyDocs claims no ownership over your data. However, the software code, design elements, and brand assets of FixMyDocs are the exclusive property of the Service and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXMYDOCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING REMEDIES FOR INACCURACY, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI OUTPUT WILL MEET SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OR BE FREE FROM SEMANTIC ERRORS.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FIXMYDOCS, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR REPUTATIONAL HARM RESULTING FROM INCORRECTLY FORMATTED DOCUMENTS.

The Service utilizes third-party APIs (such as Google Gemini) and displays advertisements via Google AdSense. By using FixMyDocs, you also agree to be bound by the respective terms of service of these third-party providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that threatens the stability or security of our infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.
