Document Content

When you upload a document, its content is processed in real-time by our AI engine. We do not store, save, or retain your document content after processing is complete. All processing happens in-memory.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage data such as page views, feature usage, and browser type to improve our service. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. Third-party advertising partners (Google AdSense) may also use cookies to serve relevant ads.

We utilize enterprise-grade firewalls and access controls to protect our server infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

Document Content: Zero retention. Content is wiped from RAM immediately after processing.

Analytics/Logs: We retain anonymous traffic logs for up to 12 months for security auditing and service optimization purposes. This data does not contain your document contents.

While we use advanced AI to format documents, the technology is not perfect. Users are encouraged to review the output for accuracy. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the AI-formatted output.
